Advancing Scientific Skills: Presentation and Public Speaking Skills

This Course is focused on developing three key skills needed for successful academic work:

1) presenting the student's scientific work and being able to share it in front of an audience;

2) publishing in professional journals, in both the Czech and English languages; and

3) securing financial support for scientific work, developing the grant writing skills necessary for a successful grant proposal, including issues related to IRB and ethics committees.
